Introducing the new LCCV4D Controller for Industrial Sectional Doors by Dalmatic!


This high-performance controller features a powerful AC motor with a maximum capacity of 2.2 kW and can support 3-phase 400VAC (1 x 230VAC 0.75 kW).

With its user-friendly 4-digit LED display, programming and monitoring the door's status has never been easier. The controller also supports electronic limits encoders from Dalmatic, Feig, and Kostal.

For added safety, the LCCV4D supports 3 types of safety edges with a test function (24VDC Pneumatic, 8k2 electric or optical) and also includes a wicket door and slack rope circuit with test function. The automatic photo inputs also come with a test function, eliminating the need for a 6-month check.

Other features include connections for keypad and external push-buttons, a Teleco radio or option radio plug-in, 2 AUX relays for free programming (high and low voltage), a 24VDC 250 mA power output, and easy-to-use screw terminals on the motor and encoder.

The LCCV4D is also designed to be prepared for inverter usage and features a second switch-off safety to ensure reliable performance, even in the case of a welded main contactor.

With torque/force control and automatic adjustment for door wear and annual variations, the LCCV4D has 4 setpoint windows for added versatility. It is designed to meet standard EN 12453:2017 and has certificeret Class B functional safety software.


The LCCV4D offers even more options including a graphic display, 3 digital optocoupler outputs for inverter drive, and Modbus communication, making it the ultimate solution for your industrial sectional door needs.
